We'll start our tour at 72nd Street where Amsterdam Ave. and Broadway intersect. The building under restoration is the original subway station built around 1902. The built a new station across 72nd and with the restoration this very busy subway stop will be much more pleasant.

The above building is the incredible Ansonia. The outside , just restored in the last couple of years always provides a bit of awe no matter how often you walk by.
