NYC Tourists and locals alike are anticipating the largest annual street fair in New York City – the 37th Atlantic Antic.  People come from all over New York to celebrate this Brooklyn festival each year and the 2011 celebration is anticipated to bring 1 million people to the streets between Hicks Street and Fourth Avenue – stretching across 4 neighborhoods. This massive street fair turns these designated borough streets into a sea of celebration- truly providing entertainment for all.

NY Foodies will love the national and local vendors serving a fusion of global cuisines,  on top of local cafés and restaurant kitchens serving their specialties.  Please your palate to your personal perfection with choices of corn on the cob, sausages, fried fair favorites, sandwiches, funnel cakes, roasted meats and more!

Families in New York City venture to Atlantic Antic for the kid-friendly block – set aside for story-telling, painting faces, riding ponies and other family fun.

Music-lovers in Brooklyn can seek new sounds as they bask in the energy of live music – multiple stages will host an array of musical performances of various styles – all for free!

Atlantic Antic is one of the most popular events in NYC and for good reason. Don’t miss your chance to participate, rain or shine on Sunday October 2nd from 12pm-6pm.  Find other upcoming events on our NYC Street Fairs page.   Coming from out of town for this awesome annual event in New York?
