Sine 1970 racers have run through all five bouroughsof New York. As of 2000 there is also an official handcycle and wheelchair division as part of the NYC Marathon. From the wheelchair racers to the "masked marvel" spectators had plenty to applause. Maybe this is the invisible man? He's certainly not the last of the "characters". |
