Fancy grilled cheese shops are popping up all over the place these days but hey, there's always room for one more gooey melty cheesy option in our mouths. So we were excited to learn that Melt Shop, which opened its first Midtown location last year, has expanded with a new restaurant on 26th Street in Chelsea.
