For those that are tired of sitting on the grass or standing on their tippy toes on their rooftop just in hopes of getting a glimpse of the fireworks, Circle Line's Fourth of July Cruise is the answer to your prayers.
Sailing from West 42nd Street, the cruise takes guests on a leisurely five hour trip through the Hudson River.
This isn't your run of the mill $20 river tour, though. Here guests are treated with the utmost class and sophistication as they are invited to eat and drink while taking in some of the city's beautiful landmarks. Of course this is no ordinary night out, this is our country's birthday and what better way to celebrate it than heading out to the dance floor and slow dancing with that special someone as you are serenaded by the Ship's DJ and fireworks exploding overhead.
