Millennium UN Plaza Hotel - New York
Millennium UN Plaza Hotel
1 United Nations Plaza
New York, NY 10017

For the busy traveler who is in town to close that deal, there may be no better place to enjoy their downtime than the Millennium Plaza Hotel.
With its mix of white and green Italian marble floors in the lobby all the way to the massages on the top floor, the Millenium Plaza Hotel has its guests comfort as the number one goal. In fact the hotel is so luxurious that it not only attract wealthy businessmen, but ambassadors and diplomats of the UN who are traveling with their posse.
While the hotel features 428 rooms, the first 27 floors are taken up by office space so don't bother asking for a ground floor room. Of course being higher up still has its benefits, as you are treated to some breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline as well as a bird's eye view of the UN which is located right across the street.
Of course with such a wealthy clientele, the accommodations at the hotel are second to none. Only the finest fabrics and textiles are used for linens and towels while the rooms are decorated in a variety of tapestries, batiks and brocades. Some of the rooms even feature kitchenettes for those that are feeling like having a little bit of leftovers from last night's dinner or just want a place to chill their Dasani water.
If you are looking to get in some physical exercise, you have come to the right place as the Millennium UN Plaza is sure to keep your hearting racing whether you are serving up aces on the tennis court, swimming laps in the pool and pumping iron in the fitness center. Of course there is no better way to relax and unwind after a nice work out than with a massage which is offered on the upper floors.
If you are looking for a bite to eat you don't have to look far. The Ambassador Grill is located within the hotel and while it may specialize in American cuisine , you can be sure that there is enough international flavor to satisify just about anyone.
No matter if you are in town to do a little shopping or in town to negotiate a treaty, you can be sure that the Millennium UN Plaza Hotel has got everything to make you feel right at home.
