Why We Go: Since 1933, the Radio City Christmas Spectacular has entertained audiences with a dazzling array of song and dance numbers. Children and adults alike will be enchanted by the detailed costumes, the elaborate lighting displays, and the uplifting holiday music.
- Radio City Rockettes: Each performance of the Radio City Christmas Spectacular opens with 36 of the legendary Rockettes kicking their 72 legs in perfect harmony. You'll be baffled by the outstanding synchronization.
- The Nutcracker: The Christmas Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall features a charming scene from The Nutcracker, in which a little girl dances with the six-foot-tall toy bears and rabbits she discovers in her unwrapped boxes.
- The Living Nativity: Perhaps the most touching part of the Christmas Spectacular is the impressive Living Nativity, in which Jesus, the Wise Men, and other attendant figures are represented in full costume on stage. Live camels, sheep, donkeys, and horses all make appearances.
