If you want to spice up your wedding vows, try exchanging them on the World Trade Center Observation Deck this Valentine’s Day during the annual 24 hour Marriage Marathon in NYC.  Each year, up to 55 couples are married in a civil ceremony before the New York State Supreme Court Justice on February 14th atop the World Trade Center.

Registration to participate in the Marriage Marathon NYC begins each year on January 1st, so registration is currently open.  There is a limit of 55 couples chosen, but the good news is, registration rarely fills completely, so couples wishing to participate can still apply.  To register, all you have to do is write an essay explaining why you’d like to get married on top of one of the highest buildings in NYC.

What’s included? Aside from the amazing experience of marrying the one you love, with added excitement of being on top of a sky scraper, participants in the New York Marriage Marathon will also receive a $500 shopping spree to Bloomingdale's, Broadway show tickets, plus dinner for 2 at Windows on the World, and a weekend at Gurney’s Inn Resort & Spa in Montauk, Long Island.

Wondering about wedding guests? Anyone who wishes to be a witness and watch these ceremonies can pay the normal ticket price ($6.25-$12.50) for the  World Trade Center Observation Deck .

The NYC Marriage Marathon will begin at 12:01am on February 14th, and will last 24 hours.  Sign up now to participate and receive the amazing hotel, shopping, dining and Broadway bundle, or head to the top of the world to watch 55 couples say “I do.”
