HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY...DO NOT USE!! They almost DESTROYED our $30,000 vacation to Disney! After 15 minutes being late we called to find that they didn't intend on getting us until 1pm when we were confirmed for 11am pickup since we wanted to be at the airport by 1pm!! They say they will be there by 12 and will hurry. They STILL show up at 12:20, then we hit traffic and the driver starts taking side streets! All airlines were booked until 3 days later! We arrived with 14 minutes to spare and all ran. Begged security to allow us to cut and argued at the gate for them to wait for our party of 14! Luckily we managed to get on plane, miraculously. Transportation company could care less, still charged full price even, and no apologies for their mistake! I truly would give NO STARS/CHECKS but must in order to submit the form.
