Modern and Clean Hotel - The Pod NYC
It's nice to get outside the busy streets of Midtown Manhattan by staying in a slightly more residential area. The Pod hotel is in Midtown East, which is just a short cab ride from all the major NYC attractions.
The hotel lobby, hallways, and rooms are all pretty mod in design. They seem very sleek and clean, which is always a nice break from the dirty streets of Manhattan. You'll find iPod docks in all the rooms (it is the Pod Hotel after all). The rooms are moderately sized; they aren't huge, but you don't feel like a sardine in a can.
Since the service is great and the rooms are clean, you're getting a good deal for you money when you stay at the Pod.
